I used to sell software to chip designers. I didn't have a clue about the technology. I didn't have a masters in engineering, but I worked with people who did. I did very well in sales b/c I trusted others who knew what they were doing on the technical side. No difference here.
He was smart enough to see an opportunity and ran with it. It's what smart people do.
Are there a lot of SCAMs out there that have 3 judges removed, an IPR sweep and correct Apples expert in court?
Why didn't the Apple expert just use the SCAM theory and call it a day?
Still waiting to hear about any other penny that has had an IPR sweep.
