Allow me to put all of this in simple perspective. Emil is running a freeking restaurant. A restaurant!! What the hell does he know about technology other than he saw an opportunity to buy the rights to a floundering company that has some patents that he thought he could leverage to make a killing. Plus many of the executives he has hired are all old has-beens. Also, we all saw where the lawsuit with respect to Avatar went didn't we? This guy is an opportunist if I've ever seen one.
