We do show as owning the XNRGI shares at $0.00. Thats because whatever process is used to show the valuation of XNRGI is not completed, we now know it is 450 million dollars in their definition and not zero. My best guess is between $4 and $6 dollars per Class A share due to NEAH being approx 12% to 20% of new XNRGI. Same for the fractional shares most likely a 2x to 3x of .0005/sh.
When will this happen ? Who knows ? I was ready to chuck these guys under the bus to FINRA on dec 28 but realized its the holidays and nothing gets done during the holidays. I will hold off till the first of Feb. I had spoken with my Fidelity advisor after Christmas and she acknowledged that it can easily take 4 to 6 weeks or longer to complete a re-listing or going private process depending on what changes are made in a company. She also made me acknowledge that I may be at a complete loss here. High risk and high reward or high loss.
Were you able to find the lower left chart in the Amobi Capital webpage on XNRGI that shows the $450,000,000 ? The question here, is that the valuation based on what D'Couto believes ? or based in capitalization by the Amobi/Helios Energy partners ?
