Any change from either 100-1 or 150-1 would require another vote. Which would just be another formality. They can keep people hanging indefinitely however it very well could already be in the works. Approval from the SOS of Delaware is the first step.

I highly doubt that they would DOUBLE DOWN.

I don’t know if it’s doable, but where I’m sitting, it would seem unethical.
