Curious if anyone can answer this question . If PHOT has the reverse split announced at say 100/1 ; are they then allowed to announce another

50/1 R/S at a later time ???? The approval was a range of between 100/1

and 150/1 . In order to have 2 R/S s within the parameters , can they manipulate the R/S or are they required to have an additional shareholder vote if it is split up ???? Curious as to how long they can keep this
hammer hanging over the shares and what time factors this can entail.

Can they call for a special vote and how long does that process take ?
