$2b AUM x 1% managent fee = $20m revenue

There is all kinds of ways to value a pps. I prefer to use EPS to determine pps value- however since there is no EPS currently, I used tthe o/s and the revenue # of $20m

I used the revenue x a factor 5 to determine a market cap - then I divided that # by the o/s

That is where I came up with the .08 pps

Then as you say with a premium added based on near term growth I added a factor of 1.5

And I came up with .12 pps - that is at the high end of my $WDBG pps guesstimate

People use all kinds of different formulations to come with a guesstimated pps value for $WDBG that will differentiate it it some way to the current bid x ask pps.

So far I’ve seen a range of pps guesstimations on this board from .00001 to $25
