Except for the fact that they were not listed as private before and they are now.

They unlisted from FINRA and are now not publicly traded.

They have not issued any PR about their corporate actions.

So if you apply the rule of. "If it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, it's a duck "

I don't care about private or public I want my piece of the duck.
