It does matter; without those lies we would have been diluted at a higher PPS and hence suffered less, but Solomon is of course the main person to be blamed for our suffering.
I don't think the F-1 will do much PPS-wise, but I sure do want those TRW-shares before Solomon is able to dilute us even more.
Selling TRW-shares would be a big move and positive, but if he hasn't been able or willing to do that so far I doubt it is likely to happen now. It would have a major impact on the PPS though.
Not sure how much a CA-deal would help - it seems to me that the more CA does, the more we hurt (first we have to finance it, and then we get a bonus dilution for professional services)
