It doesn't matter what Mesaros does. We have 2 chances going forward. The F-1 being filed soon, hopefully. Or a big move by Solomon.

A "big move" most likely would involve selling TRW shares for between $3 and $5 to new investors. Alternatively, a CA deal involving cooperatives perhaps. An asset sale (HSA) although less likely IMO. The $100M loan was not "it". That should be obvious by now.
