Dr Moviglia developed his own dendritic cell vaccine from PBMCs obtained by leukapheresis and exposed to cancer antigens using the whole tumor lysate approach - so it’s similar to DCVax but in no way the same. DCVax is potentially more effective because of the additional money that supported research on optimizing the process of producing the product.
