Called under the radar purchasing. Why set off huge alerts when you want to buy up as much as you can?

Most OTC traders are fools, money is made when one can load hundreds of millions of shares at bottom as others scream “dilution” and “ceo is a liar” and “this is a scam” and “report to sec” etc etc

Then as the news hits those with 2’s double up and ride free shares near immediately and if it breaks out 1000% plus they make hundreds of thousands of dollars while scared otc traders make hundred or a few bucks over even.

It’s the game.

But in the end it’s a gamble on what has the potential to move up. And bottom with tons of eyes and a ceo that is controversial to say the least could spell out an amazing run with the right news.
