There isn't a whole lot you can do. the abundance of RAM means you will not be using many (If Any) page files or swap files.

Your machine will simply run faster for that reason.

Run Ace Utilities regularly and defrag every day. Also go to Run and type in MSconfig and click on the Startup tab.

Uncheck programs you don't need running in the background.
