SPCB...Management addressed AR in the last cc. They said some of the receivables had been paid down already in October. They said SPCB has a long history of very low bad debt and that they are not worried about the receivables. Majority of receivables are from emerging countries and it's normal that it takes a little longer to collect from those governments. Arie said anyone can go back (I think he said over the past 10 years?) and look at the history of SuperCom's receivables.

SPCB, also the yoy comparison doesn't look that great. That said I have no knowledge about the company and the reasons for that.
