SPCB, I did some more digging on this one since it looks cheap on the surface besides some of the stuff that I mentioned earlier. I came across this stuff on Seeking Alpha, I figure you are the most familiar to the company here, is there any truth to all of this stuff or is this just BS from an aggrevated shareholder who lost money with these guys in the past? Although she he is the head of marketing she is involved in decisions that affects directly on the employees. In general at this point of time, in Israel there is a huge amount of law suites against the company for payment issues, payment to the employees, payment to vendors starting from cleaning services going up to car renting services. Ministry of Social Affairs and Social Services have arrived to the office more than a few times to investigate. Everything that is told by any one of the family members have to be duplicated ultra double check and eventually 98% of the time, you will find that they are lying. The fact that Arie the CEO and Zavia his wife the chairman of board and former CFO buy shares instead of paying their debts while telling to everyone that everything is fine and paid, that is a company I will never want to invest, I hope that justice will be done with this people including all the involved Trabelsi family members. There is a very good reason why Arie Trabelsi is not allowed to go to the US, but the fact is, that is much easier to fraud the system in Israel"
