Yeah Mr. Big, agreeing with Park, Jim Hayward needs to step aside if there's the ability to carry on. Feeling we're being attacked right now, IMHO, only institutional holding accounts have the means to carry on this volume of an attack over the course set throughout last week.

We won't be able to see their sell down on required 13F forms till Feb 15th:

SEC Fast Answers Site
Form 13F-?Reports Filed by Institutional Investment Managers
.....Form 13F is required to be filed within 45 days of the end of a calendar quarter. The Form 13F report requires disclosure of the name of the institutional investment manager that files the report, and...LINK

Hopefully, we'll be able to discuss the trades rationally. Not feeling all that rational at the moment.

Your conversation with Sanjay is telling. Desperate times require desperate measures. If a buyout/acquisition is in the works (and it seems hostile), Jim Hayward probably has his assets covered. I hope he's feeling responsible for Stonybrook employees. They have to be going through a bit of Hell right now... enough said there, my thoughts are with them.

VideoJet/Danaher; Colorconn/3M. May have a couple spin-offs for them. Italy's TechnoGenetics, bought out by Shanghai Kehua Bio-Engineering co., Ltd. of China. They kept them intact (dimes on the dollar though).

Two days for a telecon left. As you note, we seem to be a concept vs. concern. No news for earnings this quarter, 5 days there.

NEW BUSINESS, who would enter a long-term contract with us knowing our finances (very public).

Good Luck to us all. If a hositile buyout is in effect and their tactic is to make us desperate, it's been pretty damn effective.

GLTUA.

When I first bought into this stock, The government was using to tag the electronic parts that are used to build our weapons and thought worth the chance that it becomes a defense type stock and every contractor for the govt would be using.
