I agree, at least Garrett and FD can exert pressure to make him see the light. He is in his mid 70's. Even if his plan succeeds it will be many years before he sees it to fruition. Give it up Solomon you caused so much misery, get a professional to run the Company, give the people who gave you money to live your dream a return.

I dont remember if he is a Chines or a Malaysian citizen but if Chinese it could be difficult to get to him. Especially with this political tension between the US and China. I dont think China would hand him over to the US. There is also political tensions with China regarding both Sweden and Norway. Better try Nisse, he still has money although he probably lost more than most of us on Siaf. Also seems hard to get money and assets out of China, therefore no lawyer wold be interested in the case. I think that someone from the BOD should take responsibility for this mess.
