It can be done...

Sue him for everything he has done all these years, until one of the options:
- He's tired of spending the last years going to court.
- He has to pay such amount indemnities and fines from the SEC, that he has to sell his shares.

For him the situation is very comfortable, he receives a high salary and until now he has not suffered any consequences.
