I like the chart and technicals, although I typically like confirmation when the macd cross is above the signal line. But ... then we wouldn't be in early right?

That chart call on GIFX you made is looking ROCK SOLID again so far today..

The Bid has been moving up again off that 8 CENT buyer who appears to be taking all they can get in that range....

And the Ask just painted 10 CENTS already again....

Getting that "vibe" we're on the edge of the big explosion here...chart and basing sure looks set for a large move-up.....

IF/WHEN they drop any PR or next SEC filing...she's gonna blow the top off looks like to me.....

Looking real, real good here for first day after the holiday....

Seems like someone knows "something" is up and about to break wide open...

$GIFX up out of the channel after several weeks of a huge buyer that accumulated at least $70K or more in the 8 to 9 CENT range...

The $GIFX chart still looks like the "table is set" for the party- we just need some volume now....

A MICRO BLIP of a PR and/or ONE SEC FILING and this will blow-out the old 30 CENT high in a blink IMO....as it's working off a much, much higher and more solid base level now (8 to 9 CENT base has held rock solid at or above the 200 DMA)...

That last move to 30 CENTS was from a base of only 3 to 5 cents and we're at DOUBLE that level now and have been basing for a month plus....

The GIFX chart is continuing to build strength even as other stocks have sold-off for end of year tax losses or gains...

Volume is low, but that means no one is willing to sell while waiting for FINAL SEC FILINGS and closure of the reverse merger...

GIFX has set-up a new...much higher base now from which to move on explosive news...

GIFX went from 3 CENTS to 30 CENTS on just FINRA news...and did it in a blink w/ its 47 million share micro float...

How high can GIFX go off of a new 9 to 10 CENT BASING LEVEL when a MAJOR SET OF FINAL SEC FILINGS HIT ??

I think the table is set and the party is about to really get started. 30 CENTS was just the appetizer and warm-up act....looking good here...

Crack the 50 DMA and it's clear sailing to 15 to 20 CENTS....

Higher lows and higher highs on increasing volume now and a Bid that keeps creeping up.....

Possibly THEE REVERSE MERGER OF THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS...and another piece falls into place....it's going to go a HECK OF A LOT HIGHER the instant their next SEC FILINGS HIT...which is imminent....

One of the most respected financial sites IN THE WORLD...who get their company info from S&P Global Market Intelligence, a company around for like 100 years...

Bloomberg just recently UPDATED THEIR INFO FOR GIFA INC (aka FORMERLY...PAST TENSE.."Firefish")...aka NOW GIFX to reflect THE NEW GIFA INC MANAGEMENT team and it includes legal counsel William Aul as company co-secretary...MEGA IMPORTANT IMO....and NO...no "Shetty" of India is listed any longer....

$GIFX ATTORNEY INTERVIEWED AS "SEC EXPERT" ON TV....

bb...this is a clip....(trying to get it into a easier to view format) but it's from San Diego public TV and has GIFX attorney William Aul (also a law professor) being interviewed as "SEC LAW EXPERT SOURCE" by PBS TV.

He's very impressive- he recites extremely detailed SEC LAW off the top of his head and then explains how the SEC would apply it in prosecuting the bond scandal players, etc.

Attorney William Aul, he really knows SEC law stone cold and now is GIFX SEC attorney and a company board member....pretty impressive...

The linked page below has a video of William Aul being interviewed on a PBS station in San Diego regarding a pension scandal.

I'd "heard" and seen tid-bits of GIFX expanding their finance division to the African continent.....specifically setting up an office for their main cash-cow the loan brokering business in "Tunisia" but had never seen this particular article before....

It's GOOD STUFF....Chairman Kisa met with high level Tunisian govt officials....GIFA really gets around when it comes to rubbing elbows with key govt officials in places they're doing business...truly an INTERNATIONAL OPERATION IMO.....

It was written about in a news source that has no ties or connection to any GIFA Inc newspaper or business...thus REAL NEWS for sure...

Looks like after another heavy accumulation on the Bid day...on fairly high volume....GIFX might be able to close GREEN here with just a little Ask slap or two.....

STILL got that big Bid buyer sucking up shares all day and $GIFX is still holding that 8 to 10 CENT channel for almost 1.5 months now....

STILL LOOKS GOOD IMO....a micro puff of news or ONE DANG SEC FILING and it will blow sky high....we know that much for certain.....
