Umm, the ceo straight tells you not to expect it to be removed because their was no information on their "new" venture in the "get up to date" filings.
if you read the pr kaly put out. they stated that the filings they where putting out now would not be enough for the otc. the rest of the information they believe the otc would need will be in the goldman report. that is why I want to see the report come out. then it could be up to 30 days from that point for the ce to be removed.
