In order to make their Reverse Merger Official in an 8K

They HAD to file updated Financials as one of the steps

I think because its the "PINK" Marketplace the Attorney Letter is enough to qualify as "current"....but Ive heard....and dont hold me to it....that it takes 30 days for CE to be dropped
