If Escrows have no claim to the assets of WMI why swap them for new cuspids share from share in all flavors locking down the change of ownership. The only thing we would have had coming were LTI's or the dispute4d additional shares we have received. LTI's and Escrows are NOT INTERMINGLED!!!!!!!!!!!.
