Don't know what other investors are doing or will do , I can only speak for Myself.
In that "THE DEIS IS COMING" (THAT IS A FACT) should the MMs work to bring down the PPS here as they normally do on MANY MANY STOCKS. One can average down slowly with a little patience before the DEIS release. Do not expect to be able to pick the bottom , but that is not that important to me as I see $3 plus PPS written all over this stock AFTER the DEIS and then a PARTNERSHIP.
One could also choose to WAIT till the DEIS is released and BUY in QUICKLY on the GOOD NEWS.
