So, from my 15 minutes of research, this Cottrell feller has his nutcase theory that he is gloming in on Leo Wanta's crazy theory about George Sr and the Queen hiding money, and Hodges reached out to him to say he knows where the money went and how to reach the Queen and personally decided to make it all about CMKX?
