Yes there is convertible debt.

Yes currently it is killing the stock price

Yes I won't make as much money as I thought I would with MVTG.

But

Without that convertible debt my holding might be zero today without any chance of recovery

Once the convertible is paid this stock will start growing and acting like a normal stock.

Where now I lost a chance to make millions with the MVTG technology, I am still confident I will make a few hundred thousand with the SGSI business plan.
