I'm not an expert, but it is my understanding that if from a prior note they hadn't been converted to common shares yet, then they wouldn't be counted in the o/s for common shares yet. So your post about them doing a last conversion makes sense to me, thus explaining this recent increase in the o/s count seen on the OTC. We'll find out soon enough, once the effective notice is filed for the 12/14 registration and we're all made aware of it, and the o/s count is subsequently updated.
