Disgorgement reduced from an initial $1.82 million down to $166k and they are on a 1 year payment plan:

St Johns separately owes $25k

AW can't participate in stock offering for 5 years, down from Lifetime in original Judgment.

KW can not participate in stock offering for 1 year, down from Lifetime.

I would think that this 5 year ban requires AW to step down as President of BIEL but would allow him to remain on the Board of Directors.

KW can't step into the president position for a year which hopefully places KN in the role.

This is a major negotiating win for BIEL helped along by the SEC fiasco of using unconstitutional Judges.
