It is really crazy how so many companies are so stupid with respect to allocating capital and using their cash to cement their future. I would be fine if they paid a div, no better place for cash than in the hands of shareholders.

That said, VirTra's cash generation is so great that they could use it to EASILY cut the share count in half over the next 2 years (with a little help from timely debt). Think about that! EPS would go from 40cents to 80cents and share price would likely go up 5X.

If the company was really thinkin, they would do what Stabosz is recommending for RFP. The company should announce a dutch tender offer at say $4.50 or $5 and see what happens. THAT would get the street's attention and every investor on the planet's attention.

But it seems current leadership is either too timid, too stupid, too uninformed, too unimaginative, too conservative, too.....to do what is in the best interests of shareholders. Their silence is deafening.
