Well if you did read the 10-Q you don't know how to read a balance sheet. Notes and payables are there in excess of $47M. At least have the sense to know when you are ignorant about something like this. But carry on with imagining you have a clue about accounting and reading financial disclosures. Who am I to try to tell such a smart dude as you he's not got a clue.

I always thought it was interesting that a share buy back is not supposed to be considered insider trading.
