From a day trading mentality, perhaps you are sorta right (although I personally think this is being held at these levels for loading), but penny plays are news driven- one or two PRs of the right nature, and we see 50-100 M volume days, and the fun begins- for those with a longer term perspective, although nothing is ever guaranteed, I see new 52 week highs in 2019- absent new info that leads me to believe otherwise, I'll be hanging around for those new 52 week highs- but hell, as those who know me can attest, I am 99% gambler, 1% trader
