I would say absolutely nothing. Mr. 'stay the course' is going to do just that, so expect the same results. What's more concerning is the response Paul provided regarding the 'substantial shipments' - a response that, by not answering the question directly, indicates those shipments did not take place/are off the table. Another blow to shareholders.
Assuming no major announcements (real or misleading), PPS should hang in the trips (or close to it) until Q4 financials are released; if those reflect what I expect to be flat or declining sales and more of the same, I think .0002/.0003 are quite possible by March 2019.
Those are likely. The problem is that wont move the share price more than temporarily at best. The only things that will move us up is either a sales increase or a partner of some sort willing to spend money to produce sales. I can't imagine anybody giving Uncle Andy money and saying get to it. I would want the other company to be in control of any effort to spend advertising dollars.
