Slopak, I completely agree. The FDA is now an obvious obstacle but it is not the only one. If this little company is to succeed and be credible to investors, it will have to learn to operate with an independent board and chairman of the board. That is just one step in many that are necessary. Growing revenue and becoming profitable is another. Research and development of products that are comfortable and convenient to use is another. Expansion of applications and modalities of operation, uplisting to a higher exchange, establishing control over sales and marketing, the list goes on. Bioelectronics has a solid base of clinical studies and patents, but it is still an infant as a corporation and will have growing pains in its future.

It's interesting Slopak...I’ve talked of the FDA enough times on the board and do not underestimate them in the equation for success. Our company has a BIG-time disruptive technology.

Have we been waiting since May this year, or since Feb 2017, or maybe even over ten years if you count that patch cleared for over the eye after blepharoplasty?… yes, near the brain… for clearance of the whole shebang?

Yes, BIEL had made missteps, no doubt. Many incredible inroads for a pinky too. I still maintain that full clearance would make the company much more attractive to partnerships or a buyout.

Or why not partner or get a buyout from other countries/companies with full clearance already there? Is the USA market worth it? I would think so.

Now where did I put my patch...oh let me check if I'm male or female first to ensure efficacy. What a bunch of nonsense!

strange indeed....a tug-a-war between human health and the almighty dollar. It's just a backasswards system if you ask me. Imagine this...doctors getting paid only when people remain healthy...you'd see everything change then. They'd be less practicing going on and fewer patients dying for dollars.
