I do not know what other people have done, but I did see one that had posted a response from the SEC stating that they are no longer a SEC registered company. I do not know what that complaint stated.

I am waiting till the end of the year as I stated that I would, when I make my SEC complaint it will include things that happened when the stock was under SEC jurisdiction and I will make that clear.
