Here's another example, earlier this year, he converted a 8% promissory loan for 130 some thousand(the exact amount is in the 10k) into share 2,359,240 shares which went into the 57 million Bucket...
The loan was made to buyout the options of the outgoing CFO...he didn't have to convert the loan, he could have left the loan on the books earning 8%...but yet he converted 2/3 months after making the loan...says a lot to me..
There other examples...once he put up his house as collateral..I could go on and on..
If/when the PKTX CEO buys shares on the open market, he is taking shares out of weak hands and putting them into the strongest hands possible, his own. That is good in my books.
