Actually he is not putting money into PKYX when he buys in the open market. What he pays goes to the seller, who would be another existing shareholder (or someone shorting, but let’s keep this simple).

He would be putting money into the company if he bought part of a secondary offering.

His open market buys are simply (presumably well informed) speculation, they do not provide funds to the company.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
