Sorry...they don't need to update anything? They are no longer a 'publicly traded entity' on any exchange. Type in NPWZ or XNRGI on the OTCMarkets site and see what you get. https://www.otcmarkets.com/

XNRGI is now a private Nevada domiciled Corporation and no longer 'required' to report what they do, other than to report any new 'corporate actions' on the NV SOS web site. NPWZ no longer exists.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is either naive or uninformed.
