They shut down poor Urban before he and his shareholders saw the promised land.

Urban had no intention of mining. None. He used the claims to run a pump and dump penny stock scam so he could gamble his brains out in Las Vegas.

That's why Urban had zero intention of working the claims, spending any money on maintaining the claims, or ever trying to purchase back the claims.

I would love to drill Carolyn Casavant with a baseball bat.

The Enterprise was not waiting around 20 more years to develop any diamond claims, after all the crimes they committed. It was never going to happen, Urban saw to that. It was only about fast cash in their pockets and never diamonds. Like Edwards said to Vissokovsky, "I made $50 million witbout producing a single diamond, just think what I could have done, if I had diamonds?" Omgawd...

IF Urban had been slightly legitimate in any way, he would not have been going to Edwards asking for money, saying it was for Emerson and gambling it away, or went for drugs or women etc, personal vices.

Edwards put ears and eyes in the Casino and the money Urban asked for Emerson was the amount of Urban's owed markers in the Casino's. Urban was so drunk he would forget he asked the week before for same money, claiming it was for Emerson.

The Pit bosses would call Edwards' consultant, who would call Edwards, who would go down and pay. Edwards got tired of paying Urban's gambling debts and hung Urban out to dry. Edwards only did it to keep things hushed up in Vegas and Edwards himself, was trying to get into the Casino business.

I still want to know Melvin, why John Edwards in his own writing on spreadsheets, was giving Urban lists with Melvin's name on it, for shares to be issued.? In 3 million lots?

Melvin and his boss, freak'n idiots
