He doesn't need ALL the facts to tell investors and the public that the previous disclosure statements are incomplete, misleading and fraudulent and need to be restated. Nor does he need all the facts to tell investors he's the new CEO of GRLT and how that came to be. Though one would think he would have a very good idea of the facts BEFORE he decided to be CEO of GRLT. So.... Why not a peep out of him???
What makes sense is he's nothing but a new front man for a gang of cons to instill false hope to help keep the torches pitchforks at bay. Seen it many times with these scams and twice recently with GRLT with clown lawyer Henry Klein and lying thief Keith Wilkerson. The only difference with Greg Mitchell is he's not saying anything publicly and looks to be using 3rd parties and rumors.
