I think the upcoming RS is keeping the buyers reluctant. Why, because we don't know what kind of investors are going to buy this offering and how dilutive it could be and how big the discount to market will be. There are so many scenarios that could send this in one direction or another after the RS takes place. Uncertainty. I'm thinking I would like to have some money available after the RS and subsequent offering is announced.
