I am an investor in UDF V. I appreciate all the information that is posted here. I haven't posted because I don't have much to offer in the way of information. I like everyone else am waiting on the financials. I'm a CPA and can't understand for the life of me why it is taking so long for the financials other than all the lawsuits must be delaying issuance. If it is true that the audits stopped pending SEC investigation, that is ridiculous. Anyway I heard from another investor that the broker who sold me this investment, who is in contact with UDF officials, said that UDF plans on distributing the money in early 2019. He basically said that we will get the entire investment back. I'll believe it when I see it. I'm just hoping there is some value left after this debacle, but we'll see. Again, thanks to all that regularly post here. There are others like myself who are interested but awaiting information too.
