Thanks Chevy. UMT was the entity that had the deficiency notes and recourse obligations and most of the dealings with management. I believe it was also part of the initial FBI search warrant/raid. Apparently, all those dealings were properly done and disclosed.

I continue to be surprised that there were several thousands of investors in the various UDF funds over the years and there’s only about a half dozen, or so, on this board that still seem interested. I would have expected more press coverage and interest.
