Correct. They are also a subsidiary so it could just be a change of ownership in the pubic company. Has a potential for a huge short squeeze and gap fill IMO

Yes, Mercuria owns 30% of equity, so if they get outbid, they will try to get recovery for equity.

Valuation here is way off, Mercuria was offering like 10% of what it should be valued at.
