Could be. Why a PP holder would invest money into something and sell at these levels is beyond me. I would hold the price at 25 cents at least. Crazy these prices are....
But that is coming from a PP holder who has doubled their position. 2 dollars for the next round of warrants in January will mean some heavy movement on price it it's to be accomplished. I can say I hope it does but who knows. I didn't buy for short term gains... I bought for what I thought and now see they are capable of. One announcement of interested governments in their chemical warfare antidote and being on the CSE and we could see a massive buying interest and a lot of short calls.
