I think it’s more of a group who are taking profits then tax loss selling. Everyone who did the PP got in at 12.5 cents. Could be some holders who financial positions changed in the past 18 months and flat out want to get out. They have to be nearing their end of shares I would think. He’s showed up yet again in the past hour to sell into the bid.

This will move up easy one day soon once he is done.
