no, they are not scamming too; they just have nothing to lose!
And the money lenders can only win - and with the current money spent on admin&expenses it looks to me as if Hanks also can only win.
Let Hanks give me (and all of us here) a solid piece of progress like real constructions of a facility getting started, real money being invested in real equipment, workers, etc....even a confirmation from the town of Fort Stockton that they are financing the tiniest fraction of the project - anything like this and I'll be the first to admit that I am wrong about what I think MMEX and Hanks is!!!
