Yankees picked up Sheffs option as expected and I guess they didn't on Wright. I think they should have picked it up because they are going to spend 4 million for him and get nothing in return. They could have picked it up for 7 million and traded him and offer to pay 4 million as part of the deal. Someone would get a pitcher for 3 million. I am sure in the national league he could go 6 2/3 innings..lol
