#551210 RE: ItsMyOption #551204

Just ask one question,

WAMUQ was around 3 cents around March 19th 2012, stands still the same.

Enough to ask about F&R on the docket, jmo.

Ask about how MW ended up having free shares of wmih like 500K +, and none in the same class?.

Is this fair and reasonable?.

The case is being dragged until the death of all the culprits.

How Sheila Bair appeared back at FDIC office in Dec 2018?.

Who is controlling what?.

~ ItsMyOption, I Do Not Have PM Privileges Here Either ~

I understand that currently, the original WMI (class releasing) shareholders are not legally represented and haven't been for a very long time' ... B Rosen, J Mastondo, and Collins, represent WMI's Liquidation Trust, ... "Not Us" ... and of course, they only' represent the WMI-LT, which truly is "specific to (its) form" ...

I have done numerous things from behind the scenes, but have never, nor wish to discuss them here', ... I believe this is the place to simply reveal parts of the "Process" at hand in an effort to help others' ...

Beyond the March 2012 WMI Reorganization, The D.C. Dual Track needed to be completed and obviously was finalized in Judge Clasters Court last June and then completed at years end, 12/31/2017' ... however ...

Today, I would believe that "COOP", the reorganized WMI', is somehow allowing for this wrongful extended treatment by the WMI-LT' ... after all the GSA was between WMI' and the FDIC (JPMC was merely allowed to intervene on their own behalf)

There is also a consideration regarding Deutsche Bank, and the WMB Noteholders ...

Anyhew, I believe the Judge is also "specific to form" and stays true to the Approved Plan itself, with her involvement and knowledge never expanding beyond the parameters of WMI's bankruptcy and its WMI Liquidation Trust ... only considering WMI specific issues' ... WMI's senior debt and the WMI employee claimants remaining ...

... Understand Plan 6, and "Participate" in Plan 7 ...

hopefully that's helpful' ...

AZCowboy, I would like a possible favor to see if I can make email contact with you. I do not have the private functions on this board but if you or someone that does I would like to send a copy of Claimants Objection letter I have been preparing to send. I could post one of my emails I do not use much if it does not get deleted.

I am expecting the Employee Claimants will file a Motion on or before the 19th and now about 1/2 complete in my proposed Objection letter.

These are very time consuming and I may already have over 50 on file so it is not new for me. I also drafted the first Objection letter template about 9 years ago and with the help many on this board and a contact in Delaware we were able to gather 650 Objections within two days that were hand delivered to the court for filling to stop an early B Rosen Motion.

Before I send my Objection letter I would like someone that understand court documents, and facts of this case to help with any thing that needs to get changed or edited. Thanks
