These last shares from the s1, are different. Didnt they pay for them at a discounted price in return for giving the company 600k? If i recall correctly, the price they got them for was .01 per share. If the share price goes down, they lose money and their return is less than they paid. Its very unusual for a funder to lose money in these deals in the otc venue. If im wrong, could someone note differently.
