Hey larrybaz, sorry for the complete whiff on GV having a bunch of inventory growth from real estate without looking deeper.

Is the inventory growth due to electrical construction if U know quickly (instead of me burrowing thru things)?

I did notice they had about $15 mill in CapEx for the nine months I think (just glancing) but if it is something that may be about done it would be a positive. I have to go right now but will try to look more tomorrow when have time. TIA.

On second thought, glancing at line items shows res construction up about 40% sequentially on the balance sheet (and up over 100% thru 9 months) so my first thought stands until shown otherwise. Still need to spend a little time but have stuff going on rt now keeping me distracted.
