GV - Hey, Fish! It looks like they have been slowing ramping up their real estate operations.

They may have to change this blurb from their latest 10-Q:

"The Company’s real estate development operation has diminished to a point that it is no longer significant for reporting purposes and, accordingly, results of the ongoing real estate development operations are included in the income statement under the caption “Other.”"

I think GV looks pretty good at this level. No perfection in the stock market especially in micro-cap land!

I have seen lots of $1 stocks with strong earnings and solid balance sheets triple, quadruple and more, but I have yet to see one go below zero.
