You would think that they would move on a deal with Aurora while it's stock is at half price. Terry's phone is probably ringing off the hook.

That might be the reason why there was no deal back when they were in talks, perhaps the terms weren't beneficial to Aurora in the long run.

I really wouldn't want to see Aurora be partially absorbed into some big multi-national corporation anyway, Aurora will do better as the standalone industry leader. (Nothing wrong with supplying the big boys though.)

Something that I expect to see in 2019 is further consolidation, with Aurora and one of the other (unattached) biggies merging. I just hope that future M/A can be done without further dilution.
